On a wet miserable morning weather wise. The u18s girls bought some sunlight to the day. By way of a well earned 2-0 victory over a really good West bridgeford team.
We started off slowly, but grew into the game, and started to play some really good football. Culminating in two fine strikes up front from Striker Ashleigh Henson.
The good work carried on in the second half, in a very even half the defending work was really good lead by our lady of the match award going to Imogen Adams playing at wingback. Getting forward to support, and back to defend. She lead by example. (Thats 5 clean sheets now since the new year!!).
Anyway building on last weeks 2-0 victory. Well done girls, youre leading the girls section really well.
Very proud of the improvement the whole team are showing!!
You Reds!!
